Planning to Stay in Cebu City, Philippines as a Digital Nomad?
Here are my top 3 places to stay:
This bustling business district is surrounded by commercial buildings and residential condominiums (Solinea Towers, Cityscape Grand Tower, Calyx Residences, Seda Hotel, etc).
Here, you’ll find well-maintained sidewalks, cozy cafes, and a Ayala Center Cebu. If you enjoy daily walks or runs, this is the ideal spot for you!

2. IT Park
Known for its vibrant work and party atmosphere, IT Park is filled with cafes, restaurants, and bars. It’s also a hub for BPOs, meaning you’ll see plenty of activity in the evenings from night shift workers.
There are numerous apartments and condominiums available for rent, and while it has sidewalks, it tends to be busier than Cebu Business Park. Some of the condominiums include Avida Riala Tower 1, Avida Riala Tower 2 and 3, 38th park avenue, and others.
3. Capitol Site
Home to the provincial government office of Cebu, this area boasts a variety of cafes, restaurants, schools, malls, and residential units such as Horizons 101, Base Line Residences, Club Ultima,
While it’s not as exclusive as IT Park or Cebu Business Park, it’s conveniently located near essential amenities.
